Nerikomi is the art of inlaid colored clay. The checkerboard pattern on this fabulous tray was created with four different colors of porcelain, sliced, stacked, sliced and stacked again. This beauty is comprised of hundreds of little squares of color. While I will continue to work with colored clay, I can guarantee that this tray is one of a kind. This tray is not only decorative, but is food safe. It measures 13" x 5.75".
